The turf hunts and police puzzles offered on our site are downloadable documents in PDF format to print, for the organization of a child’s birthday, an organized lunch, or a family activity. In addition, our “questions and answers” page will allow you to learn more about our concept at original creations.

All our games require organizational assistance and the presence of an adult.

In addition, all our treasure hunts & police puzzles are to be lived like real stories where each clue or game allows children to plunge into an exciting adventure, until the discovery of a treasure or a reward.

Complete kits for birthdays and organized snacks

First of all, all our scavenger hunts are suitable for birthdays, snacks or to spend a good time with the family.

Note: Police puzzles are also suitable for birthdays and snacks, but unlike treasure hunts they do not offer group activities.

Games last on average between 45 and 60 minutes, or even more depending on the number of participants, but the preparation is fast, between 20 to 30 minutes.

Finally, an organizing guide is included in each downloadable file for treasure hunts and puzzles.

There are currently 3 categories:

For treasure hunts:

• Small Adventurer- 4/6 years old (clues are accompanied by images representing research sites to allow younger people to participate in research)
• Great adventurer – 7/10 years old

For the detective adventures:

• Grand detective – 7/10 years old

All our games require organizational assistance and the presence of an adult.

The game preparation time is about 20 minutes

The games we offer allow you to offer treasure hunts or puzzles without having to invest a lot of your time. Don’t ask yourself any more questions! You are guided from A to Z, and even a person can be used to organizing games for a group of children can offer a good time of fun and adventure !

In detail

• Indices: They are to be cut and hidden in the indicated places. You can then specify the location of the cache in the index table. Indeed, a 2nd table is available to allow you to redo a game with new hiding places. 10 clues are included in total. 8 to hide and 2 to give.
  

You choose a more or less difficult hiding place depending on the child’s age and patience.

The game of hot or cold can be useful if participants have a little trouble finding hiding places.

• Places: We are in the world of the imagination, so children will be led to visit places such as: “a Countess’ room”, “a castle kitchen”, “a pirate library”…etc.

• Games and mini-games: They are part of history and help to find new clues. Indications are annotated on the clues to let you know when to offer the different games in the police puzzle or scavenger hunt. These games are varied but correspond to the theme of the game. Example of games: maze, rebus, manual activities, enigmas, game of the 7 differences…

It is advisable to print several copies of the games and mini-games with the same number of participants planned for the event.

• Collective missions : These are collective games, most often cooperative in nature, that allow you to involve all children. You know some of the games on offer, we have added a theme (e. g. pirate, mermaid, spy…) to stay in the atmosphere of the treasure hunt or police puzzle chosen.

2 collective missions are proposed by treasure hunt.

We offer a maximum of cooperative games to avoid the disappointment of the loser, and keep a good atmosphere throughout the game.

• Print invitations: 2 re-printable birthday invitations are available in each scavenger hunt and police riddle. Most often a girl’s version and a boy’s version are offered.

• Diploma: In each treasure hunt and police puzzle we offer is included a re-printable diploma.

• “Lead Investigation” games: They are part of the story and help to find new clues. Indications are annotated on the clues to let you know when to propose the different games of the police puzzle or treasure hunt.

• Mini-games “emergency calls” : These are mini-games on the theme “detective”. These are often small puzzles to be solved by the police or by a character conducting an investigation in French or English.

Detailed invitations, diplomas, and other game cards:

• Print invitations: 2 re-printable birthday invitations are available in each scavenger hunt and police riddle. Most often a girl’s version and a boy’s version are offered.
• Suspect cards: 8 suspects are proposed with each puzzle. They will be removed from the list as the investigation progresses, as the evidence is discovered. You can search for all the clues and make your deductions afterwards or make them every time you find clues.
• Culpable card: It is to be hidden in an envelope until the end of the game.
• “Detective’s notebook” : It is used to check if all the deductions made during the enigma are correct. The name of the alleged offender must be entered on this form.
• Diploma: In each treasure hunt and police puzzle we offer is included a re-printable diploma.

Tips for birthday events and organized snacks

• Tell the story on the first page
• Alternate the search for clues. A participant seeks to help others a clue, when the clue is found another participant continues the search. Also, there are 10 clues in total (2 to give and 8 to hide).
